History of The Village Lesmana

A long time ago ,there was a village named “ Grumbul Klapa Dompyok” . One day there was fought between Sunan Amangkurat or  Sultan Tegal Arum and Prince Kronogoyo in the Mataram. In that fought, Sultan Tegal Arum or  Sunan Amangkurat lose the fought. Then Sultan Tegal Arum and his man started to ran to the west.  And then, they arrived in Grumbul Klapa Dompyok with tired condition (les-Lesan). Because in time of war and at run Sunan Amangkurat didn’t have time to eat and they also began to run out of luggage. Even after a few days they were part of the group for their many fainted. So that began at that time to the present grumbul Klapa Dompyok village called Lesmana. Village it self consists of 3 Kadus, 12 RW, 40 RT, and is divided into several grumbul include:

1. Grumbul Kedompon

2. Grumbul Lesmana

3. Grumbul KarangCengis

4. Grumbul Tipar

5. Grumbul Sarangan

6. Grumbul Munggangsari

7. Grumbul kedung Lempung
